Spring - Track & Field

The University High Track and Field team requires no tryouts. Athletes can chose from 17 different events ranging from running sprints or distance, jumping, vaulting or throwing. The main focus of the U High track and field program is setting goals to reach personal records. We also teach young men and women how to compete to the best of their ability within the rules of the sport. Members provide their shoes and participate in a team fundraiser. They also compete in numerous meets throughout the season.
After we return from winter break there's conditioning in the Weight Room on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. All students are encouraged to participate.
